Although it is the middle of summer, Ba Na is favored by nature with a cool climate, which is ideal for a family vacation. Ba Na is also in the days of the French Cultural Festival – Saveurs de France. Hence, the atmosphere is more European with beautiful flowers blooming on stone castles and a series of French experiences at an altitude of 1,487 meters.
The atmosphere is romantic and colorful with French flags, festive flags, and stunning miniatures linked by roses and grapes, making the French Village even more crowded with guests walking around and enjoying the cool air in the middle of summer.
At French Village, impressive and passionate street art performances with bold “French” characters are performed continuously from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm: circus, comedy, dance, painting, and especially show Cancan, a vibrant traditional dance in front of Saint-Denis church.
The giant stone painting Eternal Kiss, recreating the love story between the Sun god and the Moon goddess is the outstanding artwork of the Vietnam – France Cultural Exchange Festival. The “Eternal Kiss” is inspired by the painting The Kiss by artist Gustav Klimt, which is made of more than 1.2 tons of colorful quartz stones. The painting depicts the moment when the Sun god and the Moon goddess exchange an eternal kiss, expressing love without borders, and overcoming all difficult obstacles to come to each other.
At an altitude of 1,487 meters, European restaurants serve guests who want to fully enjoy a miniature Europe in the heart of Ba Na. L’Étable – French-style restaurant of Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills serves typical European dishes such as Grilled Duck with Truffle, Grape Salad, Red Wine Sauce, and Pumpkin, and Gnocchi with Wagyu Ox Cheeks Ragu and Red Wine Sauce, Normandy Oysters, Moules Marinières, Atlantic Salmon, Charcuterie & Fromage, or signature flavors from Larnaudie Foie-Grass, Duck Confit…

At the 100-year-old Debay Cellar – which a century ago was one of the only standard wine cellars in Southeast Asia, you can transform into a French noble, keeping your memory photos when experiencing Ba Na.
Join the festive atmosphere in colorful romantic French flavors with stunning “check-in” corners. French village, where castles with spires lying side by side leaning against the blue sky, makes us feel lost in a fairy tale world that we can only imagine when we come to faraway France. Small flower corners, a bookstore nestled on the side of the road, street art “portrait” painting, French style restaurants and cafes,… All of these are experiences for visitors when “lost” in the fairyland of Ba Na.
